Full Job Description
We're seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Events, Community & Partnerships Executive to oversee and expand our exciting portfolio of events and community initiatives while playing a crucial role in driving engagement and income generation.,
- Impactful Work: You'll lead on delivering memorable fundraising events, from skydiving challenges to gala dinners, while fostering relationships with community groups and businesses to grow QEF's reach and voluntary income.
- Innovation & Growth: Help us build on our legacy by identifying and testing new fundraising activities, and creating innovative ways to engage supporters and secure sponsorships.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with our skilled Engagement & Partnerships team and manage a dedicated Executive who will support you in achieving great things. Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Events: Manage a portfolio of fundraising events, from challenges to gala dinners, driving attendance and sponsorship.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with groups, businesses, and volunteers to grow income.
- Legacy Fundraising: Innovate and deliver new approaches to legacy fundraising.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor an Events & Partnerships Executive.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work with teams across QEF to create impactful campaigns and activities.
