Full Job Description

Supporting the Senior Events Officer, you'll be responsible for planning, delivering, co-ordinating and promoting an annual events programme across North Lincolnshire. The Events Team are the organisers behind events such as the Scunthorpe Christmas Lights Switch, Scunthorpe Armed Forces Day, Jobs Expo to name a few.
The Events Team work with multiple partners and stakeholders to support and deliver a wide variety of events throughout North Lincolnshire. The team also work with a large number of council departments to organise, support and promote a variety of other events including conferences, launch events, training sessions and other activities across the council.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Events Officer to join the Events Team as maternity cover and we'd like to hear from candidates who: Have experience in delivering events, Have strong organisational and project management abilities, Experience working both independently and with a team, Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with some irregular hours for events.
