Events & Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Events Manager who is deeply connected to London's vibrant scene and ahead of emerging trends. This role is crucial for managing inbound event enquiries, driving sales growth, and optimising revenue, all while supporting the venue's broader business development goals.,

• Managing Inbound Enquiries : Serving as the main contact for clients from enquiry to event execution.
• Maximising Revenue : Optimising bookings and upselling across revenue streams.
• Venue Expertise : Becoming well-versed in venue operations and identifying opportunities.
• Proactive Sales : Engaging in outbound sales efforts to increase pre-booked revenue.
• Collaboration : Working closely with venue and central teams to ensure event consistency.
• Bespoke Event Creation : Delivering custom events throughout the year.
• Monitoring : Regularly reviewing inquiries and opportunities with leadership.
• Client Engagement : Conducting venue tours and presentations.
• Business Development : Actively seeking new opportunities through networking and sales platforms.
  
  Experience in a similar Events and Sales role within a similar industry is desirable.
• Passionate and confident communicator.
• Self-starter with some hospitality experience.
• Proficient in maintaining sales databases and systems.
• Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility for weekend shifts.
  
  A salary between £36k - £38k, based on experience.
• Working 37.5 hours per week (when required to include evenings and weekends).

Travel Requirements :
• The role requires travel between properties, therefore a clean driving license is required.
• Occasional travel between UK, Guernsey and Jersey.
