About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Faculty of Education and lead strategic national and international development of the Every Child Counts (ECC) portfolio of intervention programmes as a business knowledge exchange activity.
Your main duties and responsibilities of the role will be:
To lead the strategic national and international development of the Every Child Counts (ECC) portfolio of intervention programmes in the Faculty of Education as business critical exchange activity.
To work with the ECC administrative team and colleagues across the University to proactively identify, and secure, significant diverse income streams to support a refreshed approach to the strategic growth of the programme.
To play a lead role in strengthening relationships with existing ECC partners with developing new long-term strategic partnerships in line with our Faculty priorities and vision.
The post offers a great opportunity to lead the growth and development of a nationally recognised and respected intervention programme and have rapid impact in your role, building leadership skills., Have a significant track record of successfully engaging diverse business partners, and developing targeted marketing and communications strategies, to ensure activity is sustainable and successful
Have a demonstrable ability to scale up business insight to support the growth of income-generating parallel workstreams, ideally in education setting
Be flexible, agile and experienced in working in a fast-paced environment, supporting ongoing knowledge exchange and research activity
