Exam Invigilator

Throughout the school year we may have the need to appoint, on a casual basis, reliable and flexible individuals to act as Exam Invigilators. Invigilators provide a vital role in supporting and assisting the Exams Manager with the administration and supervision of internal and external examinations, ensuring all regulations and guidelines are followed. You should have good literacy and organisational skills; relevant experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Main duties and responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to, the following:

• Working within a team of invigilators supervising students undertaking internal and external examinations.
• Setting up exam rooms in accordance with the relevant regulations and
guidelines
• Dealing with queries raised by students
• Help the Exams Manager, and the rest of the team, to clear up the exam room once the exam has finished
