Exam Invigilators

We are looking for reliable individuals to supervise students, ensuring safe, fair and efficient conduct in external examinations in accordance with regulations on a casual basis. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with getting examination candidates into the examination hall and seated in the correct place.
• Assist with ensuring that the examination hall is correctly set up and equipped for the examination.
• Assist with examination administration (e.g. attendance registers and seating plans).
• Handing out questions papers to candidates.
• Reading out examination instructions.
• Completing attending register and seating plan as required.
• Collecting questions papers., We are a large secondary school in Colchester and also enjoy a thriving Sixth Form College. We are a popular School with waiting lists for every year and are proud of our strong academic record. We have an excellent and enthusiastic staff led by a strong senior leadership team and we work hard to provide an environment where every student is valued and their varying needs met. Previous experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.,
