Full Job Description

The King Alfred School is looking to recruit reliable and confident individuals, with excellent communication skills, to join our successful invigilation team. The hours are flexible; it may be possible to work full days or just morning or afternoon sessions to cover different combinations of hours during the exam period. Availability during May and June 2025 is essential.

The role of an Invigilator is key to ensuring examinations are managed efficiently and effectively, in line with agreed procedures and processes. Successful applicants will have recent Invigilator experience, be able to work alone or as part of a team, have an excellent eye for detail and be able to remain calm under pressure. Hours are allocated in advance and are on a casual basis.

Hourly rate: £12.50 per hour

Positions commencing: From May 2025, with paid training days in March 2025.
