Full Job Description

As an Examinations Invigilator, you will play a vital role in upholding the integrity of the examination process. You will oversee students during their exams, ensuring a fair and respectful environment, assisting with exam setup, distributing and collecting papers, and responding to any questions or issues within exam regulations.,

  • Set up examination rooms and ensure seating arrangements meet guidelines.
  • Distribute and collect examination materials accurately and securely.
  • Monitor students during exams to prevent malpractice.
  • Provide clear instructions and support to students, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a quiet and conducive environment for testing.
  • Report any irregularities or incidents according to protocol.

  • Prior experience in a similar role or in an educational setting is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.

    This is a casual position on zero hours; hours cannot be guaranteed, although you need to be available during our exam seasons, which will be relayed to you. Informal visits are welcome.
