Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, driven, and strategic-thinking individual to join our successful support staff team and work alongside our Data Manager. The successful candidate will be a member of the support staff management team, overseeing all aspects of the schools' examinations and assessments programme. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to play a pivotal role in pupil achievement and for someone who has a keen eye for detail and compliance. The successful candidate will also develop skills in timetabling and logistics for examinations.

The successful person will have very good IT skills particularly in Excel and other Microsoft office packages. An appreciation of school management software e.g., SIMS, would be desirable but not essential, training will be given.

The post will manage the invigilator team. Training and guidance will be given as required depending on prior experience for HR processes when managing a team of people. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of individuals, excellent planning and organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, combined with the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines is essential.

It is a full-time post working during term-time with 10 additional days to support examination results in August.
