Full Job Description

Following an internal restructure, the Registry is developing the Examinations and Assessments team. We are seeking several dynamic Examination Administrators (Operations) to work within the team to improve service delivery in our fast-paced office environment. These roles are responsible for supporting the Examinations Manager (Operations) to support in-person examinations, provide effective administrative support for the team and support the preparation of examination papers. They will be a first point of contact with students in relation to in-person examinations and will organise special examination arrangements. These key roles within Registry will help ensure smooth running of examinations for the RVC.

The successful post holders will have the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of customers, administratively support in-person examinations and prepare papers, support checking quality assurance information, work methodically, follow set processes and procedures and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. A pro-active, flexible approach to work is vital to deal with the competing demands and challenges of your daily work. Educated to A-Level standard or with equivalent experience, the successful post holders will have the ability to follow procedure and process, and plan, manage and prioritise workload when under pressure to meet deadlines.
