About the role

The College is seeking to employ an Examinations Manager to join our dedicated and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the examinations team to provide a professional and effective service to support the vision and mission of the College.

You will manage the organisation of all aspects of public exams and assessments including liaison with awarding bodies and working closely with Academics, Registry and College Services to support the student experience and to meet our regulatory requirements.

You will also help develop and improve processes to make best use of IT solutions and shared working to improve efficiency and ensure the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of management information to maximise student success.

About you

You will have a good standard of education (A-level or equivalent, and a level 3 management qualification or equivalent experience), proven management skills and experience of operational delivery to a high standard. You will have good knowledge of national qualifications and an understanding of curriculum issues. You will have experience of developing and maintaining systems and procedures and be well-organised and self-motivated; with excellent written and oral communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team.
