Full Job Description
The Examinations Systems and Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing the user-aspects of the Exams Department's IT systems, supporting the day-to-day troubleshooting of the IT systems, and leading on any IT development requirements needed for RAD exams. They are the first point of contact when issues arise in the Filmed Exams and Systems teams. They are also expected to develop and maintain the Examinations Systems and Examinations Projects, delivering monthly reports on the systems to the Head of Examinations Operations.
Additionally, the Examinations Systems and Projects Manager is expected to oversee the monitoring of the Filmed Examinations, as well as oversee the process and implementation of any systems projects., We also offer 25 days paid holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays and a birthday day off, contributory pension scheme, access to the Perkbox discounts platform - including an Employee Assistance Programme, WeCare scheme, Bupa cash plan, life assurance, season ticket loan and cycle to work scheme.
