Full Job Description

Location: Sandwell College, West Bromwich

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £23,447 - 27,164 pro-rata, per annum (Grade C)

Exams Administrator

We are excited to share that we are looking for an Exams Administrator to join our Exams team on a full-time, permanent, basis.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring that all data and organisation tasks related to exams is carried out accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with college and board regulations. You will liaise extensively with curriculum colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure an excellent standard of service, streamline assessment processes and facilitate appropriate examination conditions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

To be successful, you will hold an English and Maths GCSE or equivalent, have previous administrative experience and will be an effective communicator, with good interpersonal and social skills. You will be able to show initiative, have solid attention to detail to spot and resolve issues and have excellent computer skills.
