Full Job Description

We have a great opportunity to join the Information Services Team as an Exams Data Administrator on a permanent, full time (37 hours) basis. A key role in the Exams & Achievement Team in the delivery of an outstanding customer experience with responsibility to ensure that data held on LTE group systems in relation to students, and courses is processed with the Awarding Organisations in a timely and accurate manner using the latest available technical advanced systems and processes. To work as part of a team with other Exam Administrators and Exam Administrator Team Leader to consistently deliver the Team's operational objectives through SLA's and KPIs. Ensure that the highest data quality standards are achieved by working on data validation to an agreed schedule ensuring the use of up to date reporting and mechanisms. During the year, at peak periods for the Department (e.g. Achievement and Certification periods), it will be necessary to work flexibly with additional hours to maintain the service; it will be necessary to adhere to an annual leave block. The post-holder will work to provide services across the Group to the various Business Units and Support Services. This is a role within the Group Services structure.
