Full Job Description

Corby Technical School invites you to join our team that is dedicated to providing the very best outcomes for all our students. With all the benefits that being a growing school can bring but with all the advantages of being within a larger trust.

We are seeking to recruit new exam invigilators to work within the school to facilitate the smooth running of internal and external examinations. The role may include scribing or reading for students who have qualified for access arrangements due to special educational needs or disabilities. You will be given a timetable of examinations when these are in place, so flexibility is required. The post is ideally suited to applicants who can promote a supportive atmosphere for our students and are flexible during daytime hours.

Successful candidates will need to have good time management skills, be extremely organised and punctual. You will be responsible for invigilating all aspects of examinations and when doing so comply with the Trust and awarding body regulations. All successful candidates will receive full training.

If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding position, we would be delighted to hear from you. This could be an exciting prospect if you are currently employed, or have family who are employed or in education, under this structure. More information about our term dates is available on our website.
