Full Job Description

Casual, hours as required

This is a wonderful opportunity for several Exams Invigilators to join a flourishing boarding and day school, set on an attractive 100-acre campus in a beautiful part of rural Surrey.

Our Exam Invigilators will join our School community, on a casual basis, to ensure the regulatory requirements for the conduct of examinations are met throughout the academic year.

The ideal candidate will be punctual and well organised, an excellent communicator and a true team player. To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate experience of supervising pupils and be flexible with your availability.

Whilst the role is offered on casual basis, hours will be agreed with the successful candidates in advance and there will be an opportunity to work regularly during the School's examination periods mainly May and June 2025. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

In return, we offer a rewarding environment, as well as a number of notable benefits such as free school lunches, free on-site parking, use of our schools' gym and pool facilities & competitive rates of pay.

King Edward's School is a co-educational boarding and day 11-18 school for some 470 pupils, around 30% of whom are full boarders. We are an HMC school and proud of our unique heritage and place among British co-educational independent schools.
