Full Job Description

The Sheffield College are looking for an Exams Officer to join the team. This role is responsible for managing the effective and efficient administration of external examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations and/or awarding body rules for exam administration in a consistent and secure fashion, thereby helping to maintain the integrity of the assessment process.,

  • Coordinate the registration of students with Awarding Bodies

  • Facilitate exam delivery ensuring an outstanding student experience

  • Contribute to the effective planning and oversee the examination process for all learners in a center in line with the relevant regulations

  • Coordinate the use of Exam invigilators & facilitate exam events as per JCQ guidance

  • Continued timely and accurate registration of students ensuring exam costs are within budget
