Full Job Description

We're looking for an Exception Handler to join our Facilities Management team based in Basingstoke., As an Exception Handler, you'll be working within the Facilities team, supporting the Finance, Commercial and Operations areas of the team.

Your day to day will include:

  • The key responsibility for this role is to process the purchase agreement applications for one of our key facilities management contracts

  • Support the current commercial team in the day to day processing of the back off functions

  • Processing purchase card transactions in the Mi-vision System.

  • DRC and CIS tax checks on subcontractor invoices

    The successful candidate will have a Administration background with experience of working within an administration team

  • Previous Financial or Administrative roles

  • Organised with good time management, due to the fast paced business we work within

  • Experience of operating to tight deadlines with accurate results

    Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.
