Full Job Description
You'll spend the first 12 months in one location, gaining foundational knowledge & practical skills.
Increased Responsibilities:
- Transition to working across our additional Hull stores, taking on more senior responsibilities as you progress.
Community Engagement:
- Play an active role in supporting our local Hull communities through trusted, dynamic healthcare services.
Team Leadership:
- Working alongside the Leadership team inspire & lead teams in a fast-paced retail & clinical environment.
Operational Management:
- Develop expertise in managing day-to-day operations with precision & efficiency.
Financial Acumen:
- Gain insight into influencing financial performance & driving profitability.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Master the art of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Clinical Excellence:
- Understand the clinical aspects of opticians & audiology services.
Commercial Operations:
- Contribute to achieving business goals through strategic decision-making.
Supply Chain & Manufacturing:
- Explore the journey of our products from creation to customer.

We are seeking graduates who hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management or similar fields, such as:
