Full Job Description

Infrastructure & Cloud Services is responsible for multiple aspects of technology support and maintenance. The Global Exec Support Team are responsible for support and administration of all Audio-Visual / desktop / deskside Group Technology Infrastructure Services for all Executive / VIP's & assistants. The Audio-Visual support engineer will be a specialist within this team delivering a white glove service to all senior stakeholders., This role falls within the Global Exec Support Team (based in London) reporting to the Global Exec support Manager. The role is focused on providing a day-to-day white glove service for AV requirements to senior Executives and their administrative assistants within the London Stock Exchange Group. Responsibilities will comprise of both BAU / Project work & supporting Events on-site / off-site Ensuring all UC services are running effectively from the initial booking process, live services, events, and meetings, through to 24/7 monitoring and troubleshooting.,

  • Resolving moderate to complex problems immediately; if needed, more complex IT issues will be coordinated with higher level support staff with the team member owning and tracking the issues through to resolution.

  • Interaction with the Exec Desktop Support Team and the wider voice & video team to ensure that Corporate Support Services are delivered.

  • Ensuring all tickets are updated to the correct standard and that the customer's expectations have been set accordingly

  • Service driven, customer focused, highly capable of resolving problems with good user interaction

  • Monitor report and recommend improvements in the overall VIP support service

  • Define, maintain, and monitor compliance to security and software policies for the business.

    At least 3 years' experience working in an Exec AV support role with specific focus on supporting Exec level stake holders and their assistants.

  • Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills across a wide range of corporate technologies
