Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team in London. In this role you'll play a pivotal role in supporting members of our C-Suite based between London and Dublin. Your expertise in managing schedules, coordinating travel, and overseeing communication will ensure the smooth operations of our executive team. You will be instrumental in organising meetings, managing projects, and maintaining an efficient office environment, all while handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.   • Manage conflicting schedules for directors, ensuring appointments and meetings are well-coordinated

  • Arrange all travel logistics, including booking flights, and accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other key documents with kindness and respect.

  • Organise and prepare for meetings by gathering necessary documents and managing logistical details

  • Record minutes during meetings and diligently follow up on action items, showing drive for timely completion.

  • Act as a liaison between C-Suite and internal/external stakeholders, fostering clear and respectful communication and collaboration.

  • Assist in planning and executing various projects and special initiatives, driven by a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Oversee office supplies and manage daily office operations, creating a kind and collaborative work environment.

    Minimum of five years experience of working in a senior executive assistant role supporting C-suite level

  • Ability to organise multiple projects at once and prioritise your work with a detail-orientated focus

  • Demonstrates resilience in the face of sometimes challenging circumstances and high demands

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools

  • High level of professionalism and discretion

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.


  • Additional Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when necessary.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

  • Experience in Hotel and/or Design is desirable but not essential.

  • Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
