Full Job Description

About this role: As an Executive Support Assistant you will provide efficient PA and administrative support to members of our College Executive Team. This includes active diary management, organisation and administration of meetings, and managing the administrative process of staff recruitment activities. This is a varied role and you'll be working as part of the wider Executive Support Team, supporting the daily business needs of our busy Executive Team and wider College activities.

About you: We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude. You'll need to have a wide range of administrative experience and preferably, PA experience. You'll be comfortable managing competing deadlines and requests. It's essential that you are flexible, have good attention to detail skills and can approach your work in a calm and professional manner.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills.

We are looking for someone that works well within a team and has good IT skills, including email MS Office and experience working with databases.

This is a full-time, 1-year fixed-term post, working 37 hours per week.

UWE Bristol is a campus-based University, and it is vital to our success and the delivery of an outstanding experience for our students that our campuses are dynamic and vibrant places to learn and spend time. This role is therefore campus based for 3 days per week, with the opportunity to work from home on the remaining days.
