Position: Executive Assistant /Senior Administrator

Location: Remote / Home based

Salary: £28,433 - £31,761

The Aurora Group is an innovative provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities.

We're currently looking for a Executive Assistant / Senior Administrator to support the Strategy and Estates teams.

The Role:

Your role will be to support both our Strategy and Estates Directors as well as their respective teams. there will be diary management, reporting, meetings and a wide range of administration, coordination duties.

Naturally, within a senior operations environment there will be a variety of sensitive and strategic meetings which will need organising, minutes taken and actions logged and followed up.

This will be a very varied and busy role, you will be dealing with confidential data and will take ownership of some aspects for which training will be given.

Experience:

Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:

  • Extensive Administration and/or EA experience

  • Rigorous attention to detail

  • Ability to take accurate minutes and actions and track action progress

  • High degree of resilience, ability to challenge/keep self and others to task and strong open/honest communication skills

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office packages

  • Confidentiality / Initiative / independence / self-starting attitude

  • Experience of working in the education or care sector (highly desirable but far from essential)
