Full Job Description

To provide quality general administrative and secretarial support to executive, senior leadership and management team members, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and other record keeping Complex diary and inbox management Co-ordination of meetings, including minute taking and compiling of action logs Draft correspondence and assist with the compilation of reports Assist with procurement and financial management processes

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and efficient Executive Assistant to join our team, working over two days (hours likely to be Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm). The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high level executive support to executive team members, predominantly working with our Senior Vice Principal. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high standards of executive support for senior teams within complex organisations. Previous experience of working within the educational sector would be advantageous. The person we are looking for will have: Proven experience as a PA or similar administrative role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities and an ability to pay attention to detail A structured approach to work, with the ability to multi-task The ability to prioritise workloads effectively amongst and meet tight deadlines A motivated and proactive self-starting attitude Strong levels of literacy, numeracy and IT skills A confident, diplomatic and resilient personality The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
