Full Job Description

Our team focuses on providing outstanding service, entertainment, and responsible tourism, ensuring that our guests enjoy unforgettable journeys while we prioritise sustainability and environmental stewardship., Reporting directly to an assigned Executive member, the Executive Assistant (EA) provides vital support to one or more Executives and/or the Senior Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include managing diaries, handling emails, drafting communications, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating meeting agendas, planning meetings, taking notes, onboarding new team members, preparing senior leaders for meetings, organizing events, and performing general administrative tasks for the team.,

  • Support with upcoming engagements and work priorities
  • Ensuring that all reports and work papers are correctly filed
  • Manage and maintain diaries to ensure a balance between business meetings, travel and lead time preparation and work priorities
  • Proactively prepare the necessary 'paperwork' on behalf of team members to ensure they are fully prepared for engagements
  • Manage regular processes and reports on the authority of the team
  • Work on own initiative to problem solve when managing changing and conflicting priorities
  • Organise meetings, prepare agenda and take minutes / actions points for team as required
  • Organise travel arrangements as required to support the team

    This role demands strong judgment in diverse situations, alongside excellent written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The EA must effectively balance multiple priorities and work independently on projects from start to finish, often under pressure while managing a range of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Additionally, collaboration with other EAs, PAs, and colleagues across the organization is essential., Demonstrable PA or minimum secretarial experience at a senior level

    This role is classified as CUK11 and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
