Our team focuses on providing outstanding service, entertainment, and responsible tourism, ensuring that our guests enjoy unforgettable journeys while we prioritise sustainability and environmental stewardship., As the Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief People Officer you will provide proactive support, requiring strong judgment in diverse situations and excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills.,
- Diary and email management
- Manage multiple priorities independently from start to finish
- Handle various activities and confidential matters with discretion
- Drafting communication content
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Coordinating and sending meeting agendas
- Notetaking and arranging inductions for new starters
- Event organisation and general administrative duties
- Collaborate with other EAs, PAs, and colleagues across the organization
Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant working with senior stakeholders across a large business environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion
- Capacity to work independently and under pressure
