Full Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity for a fast paced, experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive.

You will be one of two Executive Assistants supporting the Chief Executive based in the Chair and Chief Executive Office team. This role is primarily focused on supporting with full and proactive inbox management giving you unprecedented access to the correspondence in the Chief Executive's inbox. You will be working exceptionally closely with the Executive Assistant focused on diary management. The role requires a wide knowledge of teams, topics and current priorities which will be fed into the team through the Chief of Staff and Head of Office.

Frequent travel will be required around Hampshire, Isle of Wight and London to our offices and venues. This role is primarily office based with an average of two days per week working from home., You will have an insight to learn from our leader and her top Executive Team being a pivotal support. A highly varied role where no day is the same in the Chief Executive Office. We are looking for an individual with quick thinking and judgement, a positive attitude, calmness and empathy. The role reports to the Head of Office working extremely closely with the Chair and Chief Executive Office team.

To provide high level secretarial support and an efficient and comprehensive administrative service to the Chief Executive. This role is heavily focused on inbox management and includes working extremely closely with the Chief Executive Office team ensuring effective organisation of their commitments and correspondence.

To work as a team member of the Executive Office, the administration team operate in a flexible and process driven way in a team focused environment. This is a very busy environment with multiple demands and therefore the Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure and be able to multi-task. The post holder must be able to recognise the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity of issues and at all times is able to act using the upmost discretion.

To work in a flexible and co-operative way, travelling around Hampshire and Isle of Wight providing support to the Chief Executive. This role is primarily office based with an average of two days per week working from home.
