Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff

This position offers a salary bracket of £25,000 - £40,000, depending on experience. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Managing executive diaries and scheduling meetings
• Monitoring performance and providing administrative support
• Handling confidential information with discretion
• Coordinating and organising events and travel arrangements
• Supporting HR functions and fostering a positive work environment
• Assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives
  
  Passion for HR and long-term ambitions to develop in financial services
• Prior experience in HR is preferred
• Excellent English writing skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
