Full Job Description
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional organisation skills?, London Business School is looking for an Executive Assistant to join within the Dean's Office, with responsibility for coordinating the administrative and operational aspects of the department. You will also work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Dean to provide high level support to the Dean day to day, including travel, events, meetings and a whole variety of tasks, making no two days the same. - Managing the day to day functioning of the Dean's Office Department.
- Coordinating logistics of events with nominated event organisers.
- Overseeing logistics for all meetings initiated by the Dean.
- Tracking and managing deadlines for briefing papers on events and meetings.
- Providing support for the School Secretary with diary and meeting organisation.
- Collaboration with the Executive Assistant to the Dean to ensure the provision of high level support for the Dean.
- Assisting with the planning and organisation of all aspects of overseas trips made by the Dean including flights, accommodation and visas., London Business School; a global and vibrant business community based in two of the world's most dynamic cities, London and Dubai. Significant administrative experience working with senior level and/or high profile individuals as a personal or executive assistant. - Experience managing complex diaries, travel itineraries and coordinating events.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to relationship development with colleagues.
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise, with a sense of urgency when required.
- Capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision.
