Full Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations related to football events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the planning and execution of football events, meetings, and conferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including players, coaches, sponsors, and media representatives.
- Conduct research and compile data on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities within football.
- Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
- Maintain an organized filing system and documentation related to executive activities and football operations.
Roc Nation Sports International, is looking for a highly motivated, organized and enthusiastic individual, to support our executive team in the fast-paced world of football. The ideal candidate will have a passion for football, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently., At least 8 years of prior administrative/executive assistant experience for senior level executives. - Significant experience in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint required. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience within the digital, entertainment or sports industry is preferred., Exceptional interpersonal and phone skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing highly sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Highly organized; a strategic planner who is able to create, implement and improve organizational systems,both digital and physical files.
- Able to work independently and with little supervision.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Demonstrated comfort interacting with high level executives and high-profile individuals.
