We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Please come talk to us if you have a positive attitude and would like to help us keep our clients happy and satisfied., Knight Frank is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for OSS Department Head and Business Partners., This is a role is for a highly motivated, results driven Executive Assistant supporting team members within the OSS department. You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service and assist the wider business support team in ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.,

  • Provide 1:1 executive support to the OSS Office Head and two Business Partners, managing schedules, meetings, emails, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Coordinate board meetings, strategy days, and create board packs.
  • Organise internal and client presentations, liaising with creative teams, printers, and post room for seamless delivery.
  • Prepare documents, including letters, memos, reports, and manage formatting, printing, and binding.
  • Arrange corporate travel (UK and international) and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Act as an ambassador for the OSS Head and team, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Assist with bi-annual business planning, coordinating with Senior Ops and team.
  • Support team finances, managing WIP sheets, invoices, travel approvals, and expenses.
  • Attend and minute team meetings, follow up on actions, and track team training.
  • Manage the team's diaries, bookings, emails, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Support corporate travel arrangements for team events, including strategy days.
  • Coordinate onboarding, appraisals, CPD records, and new starter inductions with Ops.
  • Maintain processes, ensure compliance, and manage client records on internal platforms.
  • Serve as a best practice and information security expert, supporting compliance efforts.
  • Coordinate team marketing materials, CRM, and events, including invitations and social media.

    5+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative role.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office.
