Full Job Description

The post holder is expected to provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the Directorate Executive and Senior Management Team, providing administrative support to directorate operational and governance meetings, undertake appropriate business support duties to ensure the efficient and professional running of the Management Offices and other areas of the directorate as required as well as plan and coordinate Senior Leadership travel arrangements via co-ordination with external parties including the British Embassy.
This includes the coordination and production of itineraries, logistical support as well as the preparation of supporting materials. Please read the JD and PS for a full overview of the role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the International and Private Care Directorate at Great Ormond Street Hospital. The I&PC Directorate is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic executive assistant to join our executive office within I&PC.

The recruitment process for all admin and clerical roles at Bands 2-4 will be a two stage recruitment process whereby shortlisted candidates will undertake an online literacy, numeracy, ICT and typing test. Only those candidates who pass the competency test will proceed to a formal interview.
