Full Job Description

Location: London, occasional travel to offices in the Southwest and the construction site in Suffolk may be required (hybrid working arrangements), You'll work closely with the Sizewell C project's network of Executive PAs.

You'll have excellent communication and organisational skills combined with a pro-active approach to the diverse workload.

The role requires a high level of tact and integrity due to the sensitive nature and frequency of senior level external contacts and regular exposure to confidential commercial data.

The position also requires mutual Exec PA and Executive Assistant cover in order to manage annual leave and short term absences.

You'll organise diaries for the Safety, Security and Assurance Director and Heads of Department ensuring clarity.

You'll also support general administration duties as they arise: including:

Diary and email management/triage

Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts and stakeholders

Maintaining confidentiality of all commercial and personal information

Maintaining data/records so that information is readily available and easily accessible

Arranging meetings and co-ordinating the booking of rooms

Arranging travel and accommodation, as required

Administration of expenses

Effectively using appropriate IT systems to facilitate the preparation of reports, presentations and
other information

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Executive PA. You'll have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

You'll have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

You'll have excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Previous experience in managing competing priorities

You'll also have previous experience as a PA at a senior level.

Flexible integrated approach with the ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.

Excellent organisational skills (flexible/organised/methodical)

Use of Outlook or similar diary/email application; Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point.

Previous experience in the energy industry or a regulated industry desirable.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive PA to support the Safety, Security and Assurance Director of the Sizewell C project and the wider team.
