Full Job Description

The postholder will be expected to provide high quality, confidential, efficient, effective and comprehensive executive level support. The post holder will report to the Assistant Trust Secretary and contribute to the extensive complex workload of the Office of the Board.

You must hold a full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes - including business insurance - is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)., This is a busy, varied role in which the postholder will work autonomously, exercising judgment and initiative, with excellent written and verbal skills, whilst confidently managing and maintaining complex electronic diaries making informed judgements based on the understanding of the competing demands of the Chief Executive Officer, Chair and Non- Executive Directors roles prioritising appointments and engagements appropriately.

A knowledge and confident ability to use technology to support hybrid meeting is required. This role is a mixture of office based and working from home.

The postholder will need to demonstrate a calm, professional, flexible approach to this rewarding but demanding role.
