Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a full time Executive Assistant to the Executive Director (Business Services) on a permanent contract based in our London Office (Hybrid working).

The primary purpose of this post is to provide comprehensive Executive Assistant (EA) support to the Executive Director. You'll need to be an accomplished and capable Executive Assistant, ideally with experience within the Public Sector and will be professional, well organised and able to use your initiative to act on issues. You'll be confident as an ambassador for the Executive Director and as the primary point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Importantly you'll pride yourself on your communication and customer service skills.

Additionally, you'll assist in project management, gather crucial data for decision-making, coordinate executive-level meetings, and collaborate with the Executive and CEO office teams to support organisational strategies and objectives.

If you are excited about helping ensure that heritage is inclusive and accessible to everyone, for now and future generations, then we want to hear from you.

Applications close on 5 December 2024.
Interviews are expected to take place on 19 December 2024.

Flexible Working

We have formally adopted a hybrid working approach. This means that most employees will work from their contracted Heritage Fund office twice a week at minimum. Time spent on site visits to projects or other meetings based at another Heritage Fund or external office are counted as part of those two days. The other days in the week employees may work from home.
