Executive Assistant to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Maternity Cover (Full Time, Fixed Term Contract up to 12 Months)

Harper Adams University is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor to cover a period of maternity leave (up to 12 months). The holder of this post will provide comprehensive, proactive and professional administration in support of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and the Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research and Research Culture). The role requires an individual who is versatile, effective and organised and can manage several pieces of work concurrently. In addition to the formal interview, short listed candidates will be required to complete several role related tasks which will assess diary management skills, allocation of priorities, basic data analysis and desk research.

• Level 6 Honours Degree, or equivalent and demonstrable experience.
  
  Salary: Grade 7 £31,387 to £33,882 per annum (The point of entry will be dependent upon relevant qualifications and experience)
