Full Job Description

The College is seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to the Head to provide professional and comprehensive administrative support. This pivotal role is challenging and fast-paced, with interaction across all three Schools within the College.

This is an exciting time to join: an opportunity to work directly with the new Head, John Maguire, and the rest of the College community.

The Executive Assistant will act as gatekeeper to the Head and have meticulous attention to detail. They will work confidentially and have the ability to work independently to assist in the smooth running of the Head's office and the Senior School Administration team. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flexible 'can do' attitude. The ideal candidate will have several years' experience working as a PA or an EA.
