Full Job Description

The accountancy company Ascheri & Partners is currently looking for an executive assistant to oversee the organization of events and webinars and help the team with day-to-day tasks.

We are in search of individuals who thrive in a dynamic, high-speed environment. The ideal candidates should be proactive and adaptable to different and challenging situations, ready to take on new tasks and responsibilities with enthusiasm.

The new employee will have the following duties and tasks:

  • Event / webinar organisation; Dealing with presenters and speakers

  • Event/webinar scheduling, rescheduling, cancelling;

  • Correspondence Handling: Assist in drafting and responding to emails, letters, and other forms of communication. This includes managing the executive's inbox, prioritising messages, and ensuring timely responses.

  • Office Administration: Together with the Executive assistant acting as a first point of contact for the office, dealing with correspondence and phone calls;

  • Assist with general office tasks, such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance services, and ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment. This helps maintain an efficient and productive work environment.

  • Document Management: Maintain and organise documents, files, and records related to events, presentations, and conferences. This could involve both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information when needed. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, and presentations

    Fluent in Italian and English (both speaking and writing);

  • Internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge;

  • Strong organizational skills;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Previous experience is a plus.
