Full Job Description

Being successful in this role will require an eye for detail and an obsession over the customer experience. A huge amount of thought has already gone into designing the Executive Briefing Centre, but the customer experience goes beyond the beautiful fixtures and fittings. This role requires someone to obsess over even the small details which enrich the experience and champion best practices. This is why tenacity and strong communication skills are essential. Specific responsibilities include: Manage the end-to-end planning of multiple executive briefings at once. Activities include (but not limited to) managing assigned briefings in MyBooking tool, responding to the briefing/event host in a timely manner and following the briefing process for each engagement. Curate and advise account teams on impactful agendas and speakers for their briefings Support monthly EBC reporting Collect feedback, conduct debriefs for each briefings and analyse areas for improvement Vendor management: liaising with Caffè Macs for catering, facilitate badging and site access, guide the host through the agenda, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day and obtaining feedback post briefing. Stakeholder management: maintaining a wide range of stakeholders relationships, such as Account Executives, Industry Leads, Systems, Facilities, Environment, Health & Safely (EH&S), Caffè Macs and senior leadership. Working closely with the Event & EBC coordinator to ensure that logistics are well managed for each event.
