Executive Chef

Role Overview : As executive Chef, you will be responsible for the hotel operated outlets such as Breakfast & Room Service. You are someone who is willing to empower and supervise the senior chefs to operate the day to day of the kitchen. You will be tasked with driving engagement, developing the brigade, and facilitating a chef academy in order to drive growth with COMO Hotels and Resorts.,

• Create & lead the chef development programme designed to facilitate the development of core and advanced culinary skills for all chefs
• Ensure the Senior sous Chefs are leading the day-to-day operation of the kitchen in an effective, inspiring and empowering way
• Drive and encourage our sustainability effort throughout all areas of the kitchen
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining consistently high service standards and product knowledge throughout the culinary team
• Create exciting seasonal menus tailored to a variety of guests in the Breakfast, Room service & Events outlets
  
  Knowledgeable : Commercially aware and experience as Head Chef within a hotel
• Communicative : Excellent social and communication skills
• Passionate : Passion for teaching and driving development
