The Columbo Group is searching for a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to oversee the kitchens at our iconic venues, The Blues Kitchens and Jazz Café in London., As the Executive Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary identity of our venues. You'll ensure exceptional food quality while fostering a culture of growth within our kitchen teams.,

  • Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor talented kitchen teams, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Menu Development : Design and execute innovative menus for our brands, reflecting current food trends.
  • Compliance : Ensure all kitchens adhere to the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance.
  • Kitchen Finances : Oversee budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising quality.

    Do you have a passion for great food, live music, and leading talented kitchen teams?, Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a multi-site leadership role.
  • A strong leader with a track record of inspiring and developing teams.
  • A hands-on approach and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
