secondary school site in Redhill, Surrey

• Have excellent craft skills


• Have experience of managing a large school kitchen


• Have proven experience of managing, training and leading a team


• Have a proven track record of driving standards and food innovation


• Have good communication skills at all levels, including engaging with clients


• Have a positive out going disposition and real 'Can-do' approach


• Be passionate about food with excellent culinary skills and a great eye for detail


• Have a desire to learn and grow with us as a company


• Have financial and budget awareness and a commercial mindset


• The ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books


The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.

£40K per annum plus £2.5K performance bonus - term-time only

40 hours per week Monday to Friday term-time only - no late nights and weekends off!
