You will also play a key role in building their reputation as an ICB and fostering trust and credibility within their community and among their partners.

They have an exceptional opportunity for a visionary Executive Director for People and Corporate Services (EDPCS) to join their leadership team and help build a supportive, inclusive environment for their workforce. As a critical executive team member, the EDPCS will drive workforce strategy, lead on corporate functions including governance, communications and participation, legal, complaints and IT and ensure their systems and processes empower their teams to achieve the best outcomes for the people of North East London.

With a budget of £4.5bn, they collaborate with health and care providers, local government, the voluntary sector, and residents to deliver a positive impact across the City of London and seven boroughs: Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, and Havering.
