Full Job Description

member of the Senior Leadership Team and report directly to the Chief Executive, overseeing a large, busy division and being accountable for the Finance function, including financial sustainability and the Colleges finance business cycle. You will also take responsibility for the Income Diversification Unit and oversee both the Grants and Partnerships and the Commercial strategies. You will energetically lead the Colleges Governance, Committees, Contract Management, and Facilities teams, ensuring that effective, robust processes are in place and value for money is consistently provided. You will be a solid communicator, natural leader and confident decision maker with a flair for developing strong relationships. You will work collaboratively with internal and external networks to advance the Colleges aims. ACA or ACCA qualified, or with an equivalent accountancy qualification, you will have significant experience at a senior level, with a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary
teams, combine both strategic and operational leadership, and drive a progressive agenda. Within the RCPCH, this is a high-profile and fast-paced role with scope to shape and deliver.
