Full Job Description

The role involves the formation and leadership of a residential real estate team sitting within the wider WTW Real Estate Practice (REP). As part of our overall proposition to the UK and European Real Estate sector, the key requirement will be the creation and delivery of a strategy for growth capitalizing on opportunities in the UK residential sector to win and retain new business in line with REP's sales strategy. Achievement is measured though the attainment of agreed revenue targets.,

  • Leadership of, and line management responsibility for, the Residential real estate team within REP
  • Responsibility for delivery of the annual revenue budget
  • Ability to design and place bespoke appropriate solutions for residential property owners
  • Liaison with clients, prospects and insurers
  • Placement of residential risks
  • Contributing to articles, newsletters and the like on appropriate topics

    Strong practical knowledge of the UK residential real estate market.
  • Extensive network of account contacts at prospects and an ability to build and develop these contacts
  • Able to move successfully through the account sales process and successfully close the business
  • Excellent knowledge of the relevant regional and London broking markets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
  • Able to deal professionally with internal and external contacts, able to represent the Real Estate Practice and the wider WTW with a high level of credibility
