Executive Headteacher

You will play a major role under the overall direction of the schools that you are leading in:

• formulating the strategic direction for each school
• developing appropriate policies for each school and evaluate how effectively they are implemented
• managing staff and resources effectively to lead to improved outcomes
• monitoring progress towards achievement
• ensuring all pupils meet or exceed age related expectations

As a successful leader, you will engage and inspire our children, parents and staff to continue making our schools a memorable and positive experience for everyone. You will be a strong leader, team builder and communicator, you will be comfortable in developing and building networks, partnerships and collaborations with the whole school community. You will also have the skills and ability to manage your time effectively between the schools, to ensure that staff are supported, developed and integrated into the wider team.,
