  • Has the experience of developing effective strategies to inspire, challenge and develop potential in others in our quest to achieve best outcomes
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong working relationships at all levels, maintain positive staff morale and ensure good work life balance for all stakeholders in our communities
  • Champions the highest standards of safeguarding and promotes positive health and wellbeing of pupils and staff
  • Recognises and relishes the unique challenges of leading and managing staff across two high achieving schools
