Full Job Description
This position reports into The Global Head of Executive Talent Access and is based in our High Wycombe, UK office., The Executive Search Recruiter will support several of Kenvue sectors/functions and be responsible for designing and conducting research and execute searches for Senior Director and above roles. You will not only personally execute the searches across the designated business groups, but also partner closely with retained executive search partners to ensure that we have the leadership bench strength to drive effective and efficient succession management. You will have the opportunity to work with the Executive Search Leadership Team, the Talent Management teams, Total rewards, hiring managers and senior HR team. The Executive Search Recruiter will be responsible for the identification, assessment, and delivery of professional talents mainly in EMEA, but also in other regions that will provide Kenvue with a competitive advantage. We are counting on you to be a talent advisor as you utilize industry and recruiting knowledge to translate the enterprise people strategy. You will bring deep expertise and market knowledge while staying on top of trends, market changes, and talent competitors while delivering outstanding candidate experience through the engagement and connection of critical and diverse talent pools. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Building and developing strong professional network with external candidates.
- Supporting the Companys reputation as the good place to work on EMEA level.
- Leading proactive external mappings to make sure we have strong pool of candidates for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles. Working with Sourcing to produce market intelligence, talent and strategic insights
- Serving as a strategic Talent Advisor by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network
- Developing a keen understanding of Kenvues long and short-term strategies, with a special focus on its different growth drivers and innovation pipeline
- Representing the company as a trusted professional in the market among the senior executive community by showing technical expertise and remaining largely connected
- Driving a best-in-class candidate experience by acting as a career coach who cultivates long-term relationships and builds a sustainable candidate pipeline
- Promoting agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach
- Working on the complete end-to-end recruitment process for internal clients
- Advocating for the global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and constantly looking for self and process improvement opportunities
- Using business data, technology, and other operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates to the hiring managers and "selling" the company to passive and active talent
- Actively using both internal and external digital platforms to develop and execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required - A minimum of twelve years of related business/professional experience is required
- A minimum of 10 years direct, relevant and recent experience in sourcing and recruiting executives in either a retained search firm, agency or corporation is required.
- Ability to recruit full lifecycle across all functions at the executive level within a heavily matrixed environment
- Possess a global talent perspective
- Proficiency in the use of social media (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards, etc.)
- Knowledge of ground-breaking technologies that impact the recruiting industry and their implications in the business and talent landscape
- Has validated ability to recruit diverse individuals
- Ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages
- Extraordinary communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills
- Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail
- Experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system Desired Qualifications
- Experience in consumer goods will be an additional advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in a search firm highly preferred.
