The Executive Recruiting team at SAP is responsible for recruiting the world's best-in-class talent at the Vice President level and above across every board area in Europe, Middle East & Africa. We are looking for a motivated graduate (m/f/d) to join the Executive Recruiting team for at least 6 months and to support our executive recruiters in their daily business. Creates culture of collaboration: meet with mentors, make new friends across the globe and create a thriving personal network. Offers project-driven experience: gain cross-functional skills from our virtual and in-person learning sessions, diverse subject matter experts, and project deliverables. Promotes visibility: you'll have a global network of SAP leaders, entrepreneurs and career development opportunities at your fingertips. We are looking for a graduate who just finished the university studies and is available to start working full time. What you'll do:

  • Post jobs internally & externally on the SAP Careers site
  • Maintain open requisitions in SuccessFactors & other SAP tools
  • Prepare monthly, bi-weekly and ad-hoc reports
  • Schedule interviews and meetings with HRBPs and hiring managers
  • Prepare & submit workers council hearings
  • Create presentations on various exciting topics
  • Support the recruiters with external searches
  • Collaborate with Data Management during the hiring process
  • Participate in important project work related to executive hiring and delivering an exemplary candidate experience for our executives

    You are a graduate (f/m/d) from university of applied sciences, someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
  • The ideal candidate has :
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work on own initiative as part of a virtual international team; capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance
  • Good interpersonal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • And also is :
  • Proactive team player able to work well under pressure
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
  • Detail-oriented and analytical; process oriented; creative, Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor.
