Full Job Description

This new opportunity will play a crucial part in supporting Royal London group conducting extensive research to identify and evaluate potential candidates for executive-level positions., In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Recruitment to understand the requirements and specifications for executive-level positions.
  • Conduct comprehensive research using various sources, including databases, industry publications, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
  • Evaluate and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role through in-depth research and analysis.
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles, including professional backgrounds, achievements, and expertise, to support the Executive Search team in their evaluation and selection process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the internal database or applicant tracking system.
  • Continuously monitor and track industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to inform the research process and stay updated on top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates to expand the talent network and facilitate future executive searches.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the People Leadership team, highlighting progress, challenges, and potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sourcing strategies and identify new channels for candidate identification.

    In this role you will bring your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, network building and a deep understanding of the industries and markets in which the group operates., You will bring to the role:
  • Previous experience in executive search, talent acquisition and research-intensive roles.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • In-depth knowledge of executive-level roles, industries, and markets.
  • Familiarity with research tools and databases commonly used in executive search, such as LinkedIn, industry-specific platforms, and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and industry professionals.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Proven track record of projects delivery - excellent planning, coordination, and organisation skills
